Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the IPPBX platform.

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the IPPBX platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access or use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IPPBX Inc.

2Services Description

IPPBX provides a cloud-based PBX (Private Branch Exchange) platform that includes:

Voice and video calling infrastructure
Extension and trunk management
Call routing, IVR, and auto-attendant
CRM, online booking, and AI agent features
Analytics dashboards and reporting tools

Service level agreements (SLA), feature availability, and pricing are defined in your subscription plan.

3User Obligations

As a user of the IPPBX platform, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Not use the platform for spam, fraud, or illegal activities
Not attempt to bypass security measures or access other tenants' data

4Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IPPBX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

5Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or IPPBX. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

6Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware. For users in Iran, this agreement is also subject to the applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
